These Terms and Conditions outline the trading Terms between both Progressing Solutions and their Clients.

Definition of Terms
Us, we, our – Progressing Solutions You, them, your – The client and/or 3rd party Site – A website Website – An allocated space on the World Wide Web

Server Use
All accounts are provisioned by Progressing Solutions on a “leasing” basis where the client is permitted to place a website that contains only legal content. Users are not permitted to resell, lease or give-away any of their allocated resources unless expressively permitted by Progressing Solutions.

Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify Progressing Solutions from any loss or damage caused either directly or indirectly from Progressing Solutions services. We accept no liability for content and all liability is left with the client that has leased space from us.

Allowed Sites
Progressing Solutions does not allow any websites with illegal content. Some of the types of sites include;  Pornographic websites  Websites with any type of illegal material  Websites promoting violence or hatred  Virus, spam or other malicious software or code Please contact Progressing Solutions prior to creating your website to ensure your content is allowed and legal.

Fees
All fees are to be paid in full within 7 days of invoice. Failure to pay these fees will result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Progressing Solutions reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of our services at any time with no prior warning to our clients, however clients will be given the option to accept these new terms. If clients deny the new terms or they are not informed of the new terms the account in question must be removed immediately from the Progressing Solutions server.

Suspension and Cancellation
Progressing Solutions may at anytime cancel or suspend your service without any prior warning or explanation, however you may request an explanation at any time and apply for a refund. Excessive use Users are not permitted to overuse their resources. We like to keep a quality of service for our clients so an overusage of resources is not permitted.

Chatbots, IRC and other related Scripts
These scripts ARE NOT PERMITTED to be run on our servers under any circumstances
